These rates apply in accordance to regulations for special Holiday periods such as Easter and year end.

	An additional net charge of $ 15,00 plus taxes per additional adult (13 years and older). Breakfast included. An additional net charge of $ 10,00 plus taxes per additional child (between 7 and 12 years old). Breakfast included. Children from 0 to 6 no charge. A maximum of 4 persons per standard room. A maximum of 6 persons per family room.

c. For individuals, at least:

14 days prior to guests check in during high the season.
7 days prior to check in during low season.

d. For groups (5 rooms or more), at least:

30 days prior to guests check in during the high season
21 days prior to check in during the low season

Payment Terms:

a. For individuals:

100% 14 days (high season) or 7 days (low season) before check in date.

b. For groups (5 rooms or more):

50% 30 days (high season) or 21 days (low season) prior to check in date.
50% 15 days before guests check in.
